Food for Thought

Formal education isn't everything, but it can be very useful.

It teaches analytical and critical thinking, develops problem solving skills and broadens one's horizons, all within a structured and methodical environment.

It also provides an opportunity for social and professional networking.

BSc in Biomedical Engineering

I attended the University of Nebraska (UNL) thanks to an athletic scholarship, obtained a bachelor's degree with Highest Distinction (summa cum laude) and was named a Chancellor's Scholar - one of a handful of graduates with a perfect cumulative 4.0 GPA.

As valedictorian of the class of 2008, I had the honor of addressing an audience of 2,000 people, including university deans and professors, top classmates, Honors students and their families.

UNL and Lincoln, NE will forever be my second home.

MBA

In the early stages of my career, I felt that I gained some technical expertise, but knew nothing about how business is conducted or how companies operate.

I enrolled in the Technion's master's degree in business administration program, with emphasis on technology entrepreneurship and management, administered entirely in English.

A new world was revealed to me, incorporating finance, economics, accounting, marketing, operations, project management and other disciplines, into a coherent framework of venture success.
